The Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore hereby invites from all interested persons / agencies to participate in the “Expression Of Interest” for taking up development of vacant Wakf lands which are under the control of the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs in Bangalore City and various districts of Karnataka on a joint development (or PPP) model. The Karnataka State Board of Wakfs is a body corporate under the Government of Karnataka working under the Wakf Act, 1995 and the Karnataka Wakf Rules, 1997 and the apex body controlling the management and supervision over the various Wakf institutions and their properties in the State.

There are over 19 properties in Bangalore city ready for development and similarly over 142 properties in Bangalore Rural and other districts of Karnataka. The list of the vacant properties can be had at our head office at Darul Awkaf, # 06, Cunningham Road, Bangalore – 560052 between 10.30 to 05.00 p.m on working days. The list of the properties can also be had by visiting of website www.karwakf.org. The
interested parties should be submit the E.O.I. at the above address on or before 1700 hrs on 23-03-2011.
